Priority Ambulance today announced its intention to purchase Trans Am Ambulance Services Inc. of Olean, N.Y., subject to approval of the sale by the New York State Department of Health and the New York Department of Transportation.
Trans Am Ambulance Services has received the American Heart Association’s 2016 Mission: Lifeline® EMS Gold Award for implementing high-quality improvement measures for the treatment of patients who experience severe heart attacks. The ambulance company was awarded the silver award in 2015.
