Robert Pritchard began his EMS career more than 26 years ago, joining Trans Am Ambulance in 1994. As a nationally registered paramedic, his passion for field operations management and clinical care led to his promotion to paramedic supervisor in 1999. Robert’s responsibilities include overseeing night shift employees and operations, as well as field training.
Robert is a graduate of the Corning Community College paramedic program. He is a New York State AEMT-Critical Care and WREMAC skills evaluator/field trainer. He is a dedicated EMS educator and teaches classes in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, International Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization.
He is an advanced credentialing trainer/evaluator for Olean General Hospital’s pre-hospital educational system and is a New York State Certified Instructor Coordinator at the paramedic level. Robert also instructs 12-lead EKG acquisition and interpretation and is an American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR instructor.
